7.0 Concert / Promotional Tickets

• Any promotional concert tickets are either mailed out directly or have the person or persons name addressed or put be places on a list at the venue or location to where the tickets are available. You must bring a confirmation email receipt, picture ID to receive the tickets. All tickets are intended for personal use only and have a non-transferable and cannot be sold to another party for resale purposes.
  
• If an event is cancelled or re-scheduled, or the venue is closed for any reason, you will be updated via email as soon as information is available. We will send an email to a valid address to the person or persons. Be sure that before travelling to an event, please confirm the concert or show's status with the venue. If the event to which the date on the pair of tickets is cancelled for any reason, please note that a no refundable amount of money is given for the tickets. However you will be offered a another pair of tickets to a future event.
  
• Ticket user bears all risks of inclement weather.
  
• Event time and date is subject to change. The resale or attempted resale of a ticket is prohibited and is for exclusive Fan Club Members promotional purposes. The ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the artist and promoter ("Artist").
  
• Only the individual who receives the tickets may pick up or request them to mailed to them.
  
• Eddie Black and eddieblack.net is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets lost or stolen can not be replaced. No refunds will be issued as a result of lost or stolen tickets.
  
• All Concert tickets availability offered to Fan Members is subject to change, please check back often.
  
• By placing your order, you acknowledge that your name will be released to the event management.
  
• Note that a limit of 4 tickets max per person Club Member, per event is awarded.

8.0 Use of Ticket

Use of the Ticket constitutes agreement to the following terms: The ticket is a revocable license to the specific seat or entrance to the venue or location for the time listed on the front thereof. Note that Venue Staff or Management hereby reserves the right, to refuse entrance, without the refund of any portion of the ticket price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue. No refunds/exchanges on the dated ticket.

The ticket user agrees and assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event, and holder voluntarily releases Eddie Black and eddieblack.net, management, venue/facility, staff or team, artist(s) and band members performing, participants and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are expressly released from any claims arising from such causes.

The use of cameras, video, or audio recording equipment is prohibited at all live shows or concerts unless otherwise indicated by the venue, artists, or promoter of the event. If audio recording of the show is permitted, it is only to the extent and for the uses allowed under the Artist's taping policy. The ticket user consents to Artist and its affiliates use of his or her image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission or recording of the event. We ask that you please respect the venue and the environment. It is highly recommend to bring hearing protection to live shows or concerts as music volume levels can be excessively loud and will damage your hearing!
